the venue is spacious and clean, offering fair value. the staff is really helpful. 3. the location is beautiful, just 1 km from Yuzana Plaza and close to all main attractions like the Pagoda and Sule Square. 4. the hotel has a restaurant, especially at the bar.

Nicely appointed hotel with brand-new rooms, luxurious views on the lake. Best possible and decent location to a gilded stupa. Set close to the Shwedagon Pagoda and the market, which is located next to the new Junction City shopping mall and a hill overlooking the lake in the very very nice area.

This place is conveniently situated near popular tourist spots.

They provide a complimentary breakfast with a variety of Asian tastes, including Chinese cuisine and even gluten-free bread at the bar. the hotel has a convenient location close to the beautiful Kandawgyi Lake and other main attractions.

The breakfast selection was rich with well selected products.

House keeping had to be reminded twice to do my room

- Free wifi for hotel guest but a bit slow - Variety of food for breakfast (recommend for a bowl of noodle) - Nice interior design in public area & functional guest room - hotel staff are all polite and in good service

- Guest is required to pay deposit in cash upon check-in and in higher value than room amount. This should be improved to credit card as guaranteed amount.

The staff here was very friendly and always ready to help, and it's just a short 15 km away from the airport.

Bad service at the check in and when I wanted to book another night. Change of prices of the hotelroom overcharging for car to the guide - suggested 150 dollars. I said no and the guide helped me with a car for less then 25 dollars for a full day. Bad advise from the hotel.
